Terms & Conditions for ppee — Bangladesh's Online Casino Platform

1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and ppee ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at ppee.bio. 2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Participation in any ppee service is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

2.2 Responsible Self-Assessment

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are not aware of any reason — legal, medical, financial, or otherwise — that should prevent you from participating in online gambling. You acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss and that ppee does not guarantee any return on funds wagered through the platform.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one ppee account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ppee reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings generated through duplicate accounts.

3.1 Registration Requirements

3.2 KYC Document Verification

ppee is required to verify the identity of all account holders as a condition of operating a fair and secure platform. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A clear photograph of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• In certain cases, proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name)

KYC documents are processed within 24–48 hours of submission during standard business days. ppee may request additional documentation at any time where it reasonably believes additional verification is necessary to maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

3.3 Account Security

All transactions on ppee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ppee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. ppee does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay: ৳500
• Minimum deposit via bank transfer: ৳1,000
• Minimum deposit via Visa or Mastercard: ৳1,000
• Deposits are credited to your ppee account instantly in the case of mobile wallet payments. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to be confirmed and credited.
• ppee reserves the right to request verification of the deposit source before crediting funds where a transaction appears unusual.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (mobile wallets); ৳1,000 (bank transfers)
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit to your ppee account
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval during operational hours
• Bank transfers are typically processed within 1–3 business days
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed
• ppee reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds

4.3 Prohibited Payment Practices

Players must not use ppee for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or financial crime. You may not deposit funds derived from criminal activity. You may not process payments on behalf of third parties through your ppee account. ppee cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable regulations. Accounts found to be involved in prohibited payment practices will be suspended immediately and all balances frozen pending investigation.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

ppee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and T20 World Cup tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms. 6. Game Rules and Betting Conduct

By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

6.1 Random Number Generator Games

Bets accepted prior to a legitimate odds change will be honoured at the odds at which they were accepted. ppee reserves the right to void bets where odds were published in clear error.

6.4 Prohibited Betting Conduct

The following betting behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and voiding of associated winnings:

• Arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies across markets
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts of any kind
• Placing bets on events where you have access to non-public information that may influence the outcome
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or coordination with participants in a sporting event

7. Account Suspension and Closure

ppee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur, or where account closure is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Operation of multiple accounts by the same individual
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering or financial crime
• Systematic abuse of bonus or promotional offers
• Prohibited betting conduct as described in Section 6.4
• Aggressive, abusive, or threatening conduct toward ppee support staff
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request

7.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your ppee account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat inside your account dashboard. Upon receiving a closure request, ppee will process the closure within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of account closure. KYC verification must be complete before a final balance withdrawal is processed.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ppee will notify the registered email address 30 days prior to the account being classified as dormant. A dormant account fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from any remaining balance to cover administration costs. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. • Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts
• Loss limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum net loss thresholds
• Session time limits — set a maximum continuous play duration per session
• Cooling-off periods — suspend your account for a period of 1 to 90 days
• Self-exclusion — permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from all ppee services for a minimum period of six months
